It’s almost here, finally…weather is supposed to be crisp , so bring a jacket.

Check in is by Unit only, not individual, so if you want to check in , you must sign for the whole packet.

Check in starts at 5pm on Friday and 7:30 am on Saturday, if you are coming in on Friday night and have scouts coming in on Saturday, take both packets at check in, so you don’t have to wait in line again on Saturday morning. Check out for weekend campers is at 9am on Sunday.

T-shirts are together for weekend campers and Saturday only campers in one bag.

Please follow the Logistcs team directions in the parking lot. ALL Leaders, parents & scouts at SAW need to be registered & paid for the event and wear a wristband the entire event. That means parents cannot just come up to hang out with their kid unless they have registered & paid. Staff has been instructed to ask those people without a TK wristband to leave. Even if you have two deep leadership, all adults must at the event must be registered and paid.

Campers- please bring your smallest tents, space at the sites will be cozy!

Question about wearing your class A uniform – it is up to your Unit if you must wear your class A to class, most do wear it to meals, but if not wear your cool SAW t-shirt!

The TK trading post will be setting up a grill on Friday night selling hamburgers & hotdogs & etc….

Buddy system for the scouts, use flashlights at night, but have a great time!
