Health Forms and Activity Consent Forms – Sun ‘n Fun

Hello all,

This is Cris, Sebastian’s mom. Although Sebastian is not going to Sun ‘n Fun this weekend, I will be at Grace tomorrow to drop off the Health Forms for all who are attending. So, you will not need to bring those. However, according to Hunter’s announcement this evening, everyone will need an Activity Form.
