R.A.W. — Remote Activity Workshops (earn MB’s NOW!)

Remote Activity Workshops (R.A.W.)

As we navigate how to “Scout” remotely, while practicing social distancing, the Gulf Stream Council remains committed to offering you the very best of the scouting program.

In order to fulfill this mission, the Gulf Stream Council is rolling out Remote Activity Workshops. Council will provide scouts with quality and unique advancement opportunities through online digital platforms, to help maintain a level of normalcy in the lives of our scouting families.

Stay In & Scout On!

To sign up, go to https://www.gulfstreamcouncil.org/raw2020.  You’ll need to sign in to Tentaroo and register individually for the classes.  All classes are free.  Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a link that will be emailed the evening before the course, between 6 pm and 10 pm.  The link will be sent to the email you provided in your Tentaroo account upon session registration.

It is the scout’s responsibility to obtain permission from his scoutmaster prior to starting a merit badge. Please only register for a session if proper approval has been obtained.

If you ARE registered for the class and have not received a link, please email bsagsc@scouting.org. Class registrations close 1 day prior to the class.

If you need to cancel your registration, log into Tentaroo and cancel your registration from the event. If you need assistance with Tentaroo, please email julia.leith@scouting.org.

Requirements vary per award and will only be marked as complete if all requirements are met. Our counselors will do everything in their power to help a scout complete his award.

These merit badges may be earned by Scouts BSA or by Venturers or Sea Scouts who are pursuing Eagle through their crews or ships.
