9/29 meeting (tonight) both live and via ZOOM!

Hello!  At the request of several troop members, we’re going to be holding our meetings both in-person and virtually via ZOOM each week.  This is our first time trying to film and include Scouts at home while we hold an in-person meeting, so please be patient with us as we figure out what works best — and PLEASE let us know what works/what doesn’t work for you!  

Let us know in advance if you plan to join us via ZOOM so we’re watching out for you.  Dial in, and please put yourself on MUTE during the meeting unless you have something to add (& use the “Raise Hand” or “Chat” feature to let us know you’re trying to speak).  

Tonight we’re re-launching the Scout Competition, reviewing patrol yells and flags, etc.  We’re also going to review the plans for the next few weeks / months, and spend some time finishing the cleanup of Room B-5 and the proper setup of C-1 (with all the resource books, etc.).  So the ZOOM portion will likely only be 30-45 mins.

Next week we’re hoping to be taught the Orienteering class by Mr. Thomas in preparation for doing a one mile course on a date TBD (hopefully Sat 10/10).
