• SMALL BOAT SAILING
• PERSONAL FITNESS, they are only asking for dates of last physical and dental exams. (Nothing to print)

In order for your MB counselor to sign for your partial pre-req. completions or a completed MB, you MUST HAVE:

1. The pre-req. page printed
2. Signed off on by a parent
3. Signed off on by a Scoutmaster (Mr. Putnik is permitting Mr. Freeman to sign this at check-in tomorrow.)
4. Bring it to class and deliver it to your MB counselor
