Please print and sign the Activity Consent form. Hand it to Mrs. Unruh tomorrow night or Saturday morning at check-in. I cannot give you your wristband without a signed Activity Consent Form.

Wristbands will be in your check-in packet and must be worn by all participants at all times during the SAW weekend. You will not be able to attend classes or eat meals without a wristband. PERSONS WITHOUT WRISTBANDS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE CAMP.

SATURDAY MORNING CHECKING
Saturday morning check-in for day campers is between 7:30 am and 8:30 am. Youth members arriving after the morning sessions start, 9am, will not be allowed to begin the morning program. Meet Mrs. Unruh to the right of the Check in Pavilion at the parking lot NO LATER than 8:30 to get your wristband. (I have a class to teach, so I cannot hang around if you’re late.)

The Scouts realize that certain Merit Badges cannot be completed at Scouting Advancement Weekend (SAW) without preparation before arriving at SAW. Being prepared could be the difference between a partial and a completion.
Please review the list to make sure you are prepared!
