National Youth Leadership Training

Good evening,

As some may know National Youth Leadership Training is going to be occurring December 27 to January 1st. This course is an excellent way to learn leadership skills for both scouts and life in general. The course provides you with fun learning experiences and is recommended for people wishing to pursue leadership positions within the troop. If you wish to attend please sign up asap since there are a limited number of spots. Participants must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Be at least First Class in rank (for Venturers, have an equivalent level of camping and outdoor skills)
• Have Scoutmaster/Crew Advisor approval
• Be willing to behave in accordance with the Scout Oath and Scout Law at N.Y.L.T
• Be Prepared mentally, emotionally and physically to handle a week of N.Y.L.T
• Be in attendance for the entire course.
